At Lian Soon Siong (LSS), we combine manufacturing expertise, technical capabilities and customer collaboration to deliver tailored aerosol and liquid product solutions. From formulation development and product evaluation to filling, packaging and regulatory support, we work with customers to bring their product requirements to market.

Our capabilities support OEM and ODM projects for home care, insect control, hygiene, personal care and other suitable product categories, subject to formulation, equipment and regulatory requirements.

1. Advanced Aerosol Manufacturing

We are equipped with high-speed, specialized aerosol production lines—including advanced systems from Coster—supporting the efficient manufacture of aerosol products at a large commercial scale. By utilizing dedicated lines for different applications, we optimize production efficiency and minimize operational downtime.

Our aerosol capabilities focus on:

3. Research & Development (R&D)

Our advanced R&D capabilities empower customers to evaluate complex product requirements and develop tailored, scalable manufacturing solutions. Equipped with high-precision analytical instrumentation—including Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS)—we provide robust technical investigations and comprehensive formulation evaluations to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

4. Quality Assurance & Product Testing

• Incoming raw-material and packaging-material inspection

• In-process production checks

• Fill-weight and filling-volume verification

• Appearance, smell and other relevant physical checks

• Aerosol leakage, pressure and spray-performance checks, where applicable

• Finished-product inspection and batch traceability

Specific testing procedures are determined by product type, agreed specifications and applicable requirements.

5. Product Registration & Regulatory Support

LSS supports customers with relevant product registration requirements and coordination with local authorities, where applicable. Our experience includes regulatory matters involving authorities such as Malaysia's Pesticides Board, Singapore's National Environment Agency (NEA) and others.

6. Packaging & Product Commercialisation

The right packaging is important for product performance, consumer experience, shelf visibility and manufacturing efficiency.

We work with our customers to coordinate suitable packaging solutions, including:

• Aerosol cans and dispensing components

• Spray valves, actuators and caps, where applicable

• Liquid bottles and closures

• Product labels and packaging specifications

• Secondary packaging and carton requirements

• Packaging compatibility with the finished formulation
